Please click on and print the entry form for each show that you plan to exhibit at. Make sure all forms are completed and filled out correctly. 

All exhibitors must print and fill out the Major/Local/County Show Summary Form as well.  This form is required by the Wylie Ag Dept. to use to double check entries before submitting them online.

Please bring all forms with you on October 23rd to the Stock Show Entry Night. This will take place at the HS Cafeteria starting at 6:00 PM & ending at 8:00 PM.

FORT WORTH NOTE* You must fill out a separate, individual form for each animal that you plan to enter into the Forth Worth Livestock Show only. 

 i.e. if you are entering 2 swine projects, and 1 goat project, you will fill out 3, separate entry forms for Forth Worth alone. 

All other major shows you can combine the number of head entered on 1 entry form per show, just be sure you are entering jr. breeding for all breeding stock, and jr. market for all market animals.
